So you're interested in joining Causality...

Well in many ways we take a different approach to recruiting. We are far more concerned about applicants being the right type of person for our guild than we are about them being top of what ever damage meter or gearscore website happens to be the flavour of the month. We are interested in building a friendly and social guild community where people can have fun, see content and enjoy the company of their fellow guildies.

This means that our online application template is a little less exhaustive than others but if we like what we see in your application we will get you on vent for a chat and possibly take you on a run or two. We believe this is the best way to find people who will fit into our guild and also make sure that we are the right guild for you.

We take applications for both raiding positions and non-raiding positions. There are different application templates and requirements for the different positions. We require applicants for both to either post in the application forums or send the template in a PM (to Edwina) on this website. This helps us ensure you have at least visited the website and have some understanding about the guild.

Raiding Members: We have a strict limit of 10 Raiding Members and openings for the raid team are rare. There are additional requirements based on raid attendance, gear, class, etc.

Non-Raiding Members: Recruitment for non-raiding positions is always open. You just have to be a good fit for the guild.
